• Summer weekly rate $1,310.00 for 3 people + $50.00 for each additional person up to a total of six. (Cottage accommodates up to 6 people. One Bathroom)

• Pillows, blankets, towels and linens  provided for an extra $125.00. These are included in nightly rentals.

• Check in Saturday @ 4:00 to 6:00 PM, check out Saturday @ 10:00 a.m.

• A non-refundable 50% rental deposit (unless cancellation is at least four weeks prior to arrival) will hold the cottage with the balance and a refundable  $250.00 security deposit due two weeks in advance of check-in date.
  
• Any cancellation more than four weeks prior to your arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit.
   
• $5.00 per day for air conditioning
   
• A $50.00 cleaning charge will be subtracted from your security deposit.
