The Rustic Cottage: This adorable rental has 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 double) and 1 bathroom. Perfect for a party of 6, the plaid carpets, log walls and rustic decor make for a vacation stay that is out of the ordinary. The Rustic cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and patio with grill and furniture for 6 people. Everything in a lodge feel - but with comforts and amenities.

Rates & Policies:
» Summer weekly rate $1,250.00 for the first 4 people + $50.00 for each additional person up to a total of six.
» Cottage accommodates up to 6 people. One Bathroom
» Towels and linens sheets provided for an extra $125.00.
» Check in Saturday after @ 4:00 p.m.
» Check out Saturday @ 10:00 a.m.
» Any cancellation more than four weeks prior to your arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit.
» $5.00 per day for air conditioning
» A $50.00 cleaning charge will be subtracted from your security deposit.
» Daily rate is $210 with towels and sheets or $195 if you bring your own (3 day minimum)
» Weekly rentals only in July and August
» Pets (up to two total) are $50 per week each or $15 per day per pet for nightly rentals

» A non-refundable 50% rental deposit (unless cancellation is at least four weeks prior to arrival) will hold the cottage with the balance and a refundable $250.00 security deposit due two weeks in advance of check-in date.
