This property is a luxury vacation for your entire family or up to 12 total.. The large deck with views of the lake is comfortable and quiet. Three sitting rooms, a large family room, and dining area compliment the large fully equipped kitchen. All the comforts of home and all the amenities of a 5-star property.

Rates & Policies:
» Accommodates up to 12 people
» Summer weekly rate $3,250.00 for the first 8 people + $50.00 for each additional person up to a total of twelve.
» House accommodates up to 12 people in four full bathrooms.
» Towels and sheets provided for an extra $225.00.
» Check in Saturday after @ 4:00 p.m.
» Check out Saturday @ 10:00 a.m.
» Any cancellation more than four weeks prior to your arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit.
» $7.00 per day for air conditioning
» A $75.00 cleaning charge will be subtracted from your security deposit.
» Daily rate (3 day minimu) is $275 to $500 with towels and sheets
» Daily rate (3 day minimum) is $250 to $450 if you bring your own towels and sheets
» Weekly rentals only in July and August

» A non-refundable 50% rental deposit (unless cancellation is at least four weeks prior to arrival) will hold the cottage with the balance and a refundable $350.00 security deposit due two weeks in advance of check-in date.
